In the event of disposal services, excursions and wedding services, we will charge the transfer from our car garage to the pick up meeting point. This meeting point will be the reference of starting and ending in disposal time services.All services include multilingual and uniformed driver without any charge.
Disposal time services in Málaga city and county, unlimited mileages(kms) would be included in the price of one hour.
Car bookings, cancellations or several modifications must be allways done in writing.
Cancellation fees of 100% of the contracted would be charged on notice less than 12 hours prior to start of order.
Any modification about flight number, pick up time and so on,..made 12 or less hours the service starts, would be considered as a cancellation and a new booking, so, both services would be charged. If customer books a service with us but he changes his mind and use another means of transport, service contracted with Premier would be equally charged.
In the event of wedding services, for car bookings, Premier would get a deposit of 150 € that will not be refunded under none circunstances.To book a service we ask for 150 € as a deposit; this quantity wont be refund under none ciscumstances. If customers book other kind of services, these ones must be paid in advance. Services payments must be update, otherweise next services required wont be made at all, even services booked recently.
If customers don´t inform us that they travel with minor than 12 years old and they don´t provide any baby seat or booster, Premier would not made any transfer for them but service would be equally charged and payment would not be refunded. We consider minors take place in cars as an adult.
Pick up´s at the airport Premier gives 1/2 hour waiting time as a courtesy since the flight takes land, after that we start counting by instalments of 1/2 hour, and the price for the hour is 48 €/Hour for Mercedes Class S and 53 €/Hour for Mercedes Viano.Pick up´s at Hotel and adress, Premier gives 5 minutes waiting time as a courtesy since the time required, after that we start counting by instalments of 1/2 hour, and the price for the hour is 48 €/Hour for Mercedes Class S and 53 €/Hour for Mercedes Viano.
Transfers required with 2 or more pick up or drop off points minimum charge would be 1 hour as extra time. Pick´s up at Mála airport when 2 or more flights, customer must ask for one car service for each flight or just one car for all flights but paying waiting time since the first flight arrives.
When bookings, customers must inform us if they travel with lot of luggage because this information let us know if the car they asked for is ok or not; if we have no information about this and customers need another car for the transportation they should take on 2nd car costs.
The 24th and 31 December services would have different rates than official fares.
